Here at Underdog, we prepare, pack and deliver your orders as if they were our own, so you can rest assured that they will reach you in tip-top condition.
To maintain the integrity of every purchase, all of our orders are delivered in temperature-controlled trucks. Our delivery team members are specially trained to handle our produce with care and to avoid exposing frozen food products to prolonged periods of sunlight.
Because we provide dog food delivery in Singapore every day, island-wide, we can get your orders to you quickly and safely, during a time slot that fits your schedule.
Orders placed before 12:00 noon will be ready for delivery the following day. We will give you a call in the morning on the day of delivery to coordinate a delivery time. Time slots are from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
Due to the perishability of our products, please ensure that there is someone present at the delivery address to receive the order. In the event that re-delivery is needed, there will be a nominal surcharge of $8.
Please note that full payment is required prior to delivery. We reserve the right to refuse delivery if payment has not been completed. The minimum order for free delivery is $80. A fee of $8 is payable during the checkout process in the event your order falls below $80.

Underdog Co guarantees all of our products to be of the highest quality available. We will make every effort to assist each consumer with the successful feeding of our foods to your pet.

We will refund 100% of the cost of our foods to the consumer in cases where product palatability deters a pet from consuming our foods.
